Individual breakfast pies that can be made ahead of time, and microwaved as needed. My 3 year antiquated grandson loves them, and they are finger food for the little ones. The big guys love them too. I stick hash browns and gravy as side dishes for the big guys, and it is a enormous immense hit!

  1. u00be pound breakfast sausage
  2. u215b cup minced onion
  3. u215b cup minced green fright pepper
  4. 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  5. 3 eggs, beaten
  6. 3 tablespoons milk
  7. u00bd cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

The instruction how to make Breakfast Pies

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, affix sausage, onion and green pepper. Cook until sausage is evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Separate the dough into 10 individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit out, later line the bottom and sides of 10 muffin cups. Evenly distribute sausage mix in the middle of the cups. Mix together the eggs and milk, and divide together with the cups. Sprinkle tops as soon as shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until filling is set.
